HOW TO PURCHASE ARTWORK

So, you saw a piece of artwork you can't live without?  Now what?

1.  Email
      
Send me an email at brendahofreiter@aol.com  or call me at  407-678-5139.    

Ask about the purchase price and availability of the piece or pieces that   
you are interested in.  Please include the title of the painting or paintings.

Unless I am out of town, I will usually email you within 24 hours with the                   availability and purchase price. 

If you are in the Orlando area,  and would like to preview the paintings before purchase, I can arrange for an appointment to see the work.

2.  Payment

I accept Visa and Mastercard payments with my Merchants Account.   If ordering by credit card, please provide me with the full name of cardholder, name of credit card, card number and expiration date.  You can also send payment to me with other cards through Pay Pal by sending it to my email adress:  brendahofreiter@aol.com.

I will confirm your order by return email.

3.   Shipping

I ship paintings via FedEx but currently do not ship work outside the US.  The cost of shipment  is included in the purchase price.  Your order will be shipped after payment has cleared my account.  You will be emailed the tracking number so you can track the shipment.  Any delays due to unforseen circumstances will be communicated to you.

Guarantee
Though it is not something that has EVER happened, if you are not happy with your choice of artwork, I will accept return of the undamaged art, simply contact me by email within 24 hours of receipt to arrange for it's return shipment.
