I was so excited that first morning at Sapelo that I couldn't wait to get painting!  This is the view in front of the cabin I was in.  It is of what they called "Long Tabby".   I was scheduled for a tour of the island,  and was hurrying to finishing up before my guide showed up.  It's a quick little sketch, but I loved the dark oak and the glimpse of the buildings of Long Tabby all lit up in the morning light.
