This is a painting I started along Coquina Trail of a bridge across Shanks Creek.  It's not finished yet, but there is enough information for you to see the light-covered trail and the bridge.  This location was quite exciting because I had a huge cottonmouth encounter while scouting the location.  He was sitting right where I wanted to set up and I almost stepped on him while I was scouting out this scene.  Thankfully, he graciously gave me the spot and slowly slithered back across the creek to the other side and away.  The whole time I was painting this, I was half-expecting him to come back and claim his spot and kept a look out for him!
