This is a little late afternoon painting I did of the great cabin that was provided for me during my residency
at Goldhead Branch State Park.  It was like living in the lap of luxury!

Every morning and evening groups of wild deer would walk through the open field and I would watch
them from the cabin's screened back pourch.  What a wonderful experience!  The cabin sat all alone at the
end of the road.  It is late evening and the shadows are long.  Soon the light will fade and I had to hurry to
complete it before last light.
